Welcome to Cross Border Interviews, the online show where we dive into the insights of municipal political leaders from across Canada.
Our mission is to shine a light on the dedicated individuals who, day in and day out, work around the council table to shape the communities we call home.
Joining us for today’s episode is County of St. Paul Councillor Kevin Wirsta.
The County of St. Paul welcomes you to blaze your own trails and escape to the country.
The region is affably known as The Lakeland and offers ample opportunities for tourists and residents alike to enjoy our region.
County of St. Paul is known for trails and lakes — with dozens of lakes, Alberta’s Iron Horse Trail and bylaws that allow for back road access for off-highways vehicles.
Some provincial historic sites include the Fort George-Buckingham House in the Elk Point area, and the Frog Lake Memorial Site in Frog Lake.
