"N" is for Newfoundland and Labrador

But first we will talk about how the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial government recently said no to regionalization plans for Municipalities, How one Municipality in British Columbia is being called the most secretive municipality in Canada, and as Municipalities being to face financial constraints in Canada, Alberta’s provincial capital is cutting top managers and position to find savings.
