From navigating the financial ripple effects of economic uncertainty to embracing innovation in infrastructure, and housing. All the while local governments have proven that they are more than just the "closest to the people."

They are the problem-solvers, the innovators, and, often, the ones who make things happen when higher levels of government fall short.
